Despite divorcing in 1996, the former couple has continued living together in the 31-room, heritage-listed mansion on the Great Windsor Park estate. They have occupied the property rent-free for more than two decades.
While Andrew is reportedly “haggling over every last detail” regarding his next home, sources say that Fergie has already narrowed down her preferred area.
Fergie’s Likely Next Home
According to an insider who spoke to People, Sarah Ferguson is now focusing her search locally:
“She’s looking for a place in Windsor,” the source shared.
The same source also claimed that both Andrew and Fergie have been given until 31 January 2026 to move out—an extension from the previous assumption that they would need to be out by the end of this year.
Earlier this week, additional reports suggested that Fergie was still considering various possibilities. Her spokesman confirmed this:
“She is assessing a number of options currently, and no final decision has been made.”
