New photos circulating online have sparked debate, with viewers noting the president appears more tired than before.
Signs of Increasing Fatigue
At 79, Trump is the oldest person ever elected president, a fact he often contrasts with Joe Biden, 82, whom he regularly mocks for appearing sluggish. In November, he joked, “He sleeps all the time — during the day, during the night, on the beach… I’m not a sleeper.”
Yet The New York Times reports that Trump seems more fatigued now compared to his first term. Americans are seeing less of him: his public schedule is shorter, most appearances fall between noon and 5 p.m., and he is holding fewer domestic events, though he has increased foreign travel.

A Photo That Sparked Debate
A new image taken during Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting has intensified scrutiny. During the two-hour, 17-minute session, Trump appeared to struggle to stay awake, his eyes noticeably drooping as Cabinet members reviewed accomplishments from his first year back in office.
The meeting touched on topics ranging from drug trafficking to concerns about Trump’s health and a harsh critique of Somali migrants. Online, critics quickly labeled him “Dozy Don” and “Commander in Sleep.”
