Meghan Markle has surprised fans this year by sharing a few rare pictures of her children despite being cautious about their privacy. Known for being extremely protective of Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made the decision to largely keep them out of the spotlight.
However, since her return to social media in January 2025, Meghan has made the decision to give fans an insight into her experience of motherhood, including honouring her children in sweet posts on special occasions, such as their birthdays. Privacy still remains as Meghan’s number one priority, with Archie and Lilibet typically angled facing away from the camera.

Meghan has surprised fans with a new picture of her children last week – alongside a special Christmas message. The adorable family picture shows Harry cradling Archie’s face whilst Meghan bends down to hold Lilibet’s hands. The caption read: “Happy Holidays! From our family to yours”. Meghan’s post was released just hours after Princess Catherine shared her family’s 2025 Christmas card.
