  • can trigger awakening.

At this stage of the night, even your partner’s smallest movements can have a greater impact.

When should you be concerned?

Waking up early from time to time is normal. It can reflect:

  • a stressful period,
  • significant fatigue,
  • a change in routine,
  • or simply a disrupted sleep cycle.

However, if these awakenings become:

  • frequent,

  • or persistent fatigue,
