The documents form part of more than three million files released by the US Department of Justice.
Epstein was freed from Palm Beach County Jail in July 2009 after serving 13 months for soliciting sex from underage girls.
In one email, Ms Ferguson appeared to write: “You are a legend. I really don’t have the words to describe, my love, gratitude for your generosity and kindness. Xx I am at your service. Just marry me.”
The files do not explain the context in which the message was sent.
Separate emails suggest the former Duchess of York offered Epstein and his associates VIP access to Buckingham Palace.
While Epstein was still serving his sentence in June 2009, Ferguson appeared to respond to a request from him for a “VIP tour” or “access to something special” in London for the daughter of his lawyer, Alan Dershowitz.
In response, she allegedly wrote: “I can organise anything.”

Comments About Marriage and Employment
Another email, dated September 2009, appeared to show Ms Ferguson suggesting Epstein marry an unnamed woman described as having a “great body,” adding: “Ok, well marry me, and then we will employ her.”
