The natural ingredients that speed up your metabolism

You only need four powerful ingredients, all of which are easy to obtain:

  • Warm water (250 ml) – Hydrates the body and facilitates digestion.
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon – Provides vitamin C and helps the liver in the detoxification process.
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar – Contains acetic acid, which regulates insulin, reduces appetite, and limits fat storage.
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper – Its capsaicin stimulates thermogenesis, i.e. the body’s ability to generate heat and burn calories even at rest.

How to prepare and drink the drink
