Lownie went on to describe what he called a “complex psychosexual and financial web,” suggesting rivalry and jealousy between Ferguson and Maxwell. He later told the Mirror that Ferguson was “madly in love” with Epstein and allegedly spent several nights with him.
Earlier document releases in 2025 first drew attention to the nature of Ferguson’s relationship with Epstein, leading multiple charities and organizations to cut ties with the former duchess.
Now, the latest release of more than three million documents may offer further insight. In one alleged 2011 exchange, Ferguson congratulated Epstein on the birth of a “baby boy,” information that had not previously been publicly known. Minutes later, she reportedly sent a sharply emotional follow-up message, accusing him of using her to gain access to Andrew and expressing deep personal hurt.
In another message from 2009, Ferguson allegedly praised Epstein’s generosity and ended with:
“I am at your service. Just marry me.”
