"But you should have no time to blame me, right? After all, without the violin, you can't participate in the competition."
Maria looked like a winner.
"Oh, Amelia, why do you show that expression on your face? Are you going to hit me? Come on."
I didn't yield to her but went up and slapped her twice.
Seeing her face swollen, I stopped with regret.
"It's been a long time since I heard such a ridiculous request. But, as your sister, I will satisfy all your requests. You don't need to thank me."
Maria was stunned for a moment. But soon, she pounced on me wildly.
I had a black belt in Taekwondo. How could a loser like her beat me?
Then, I pressed her to the ground and beat her again.
I didn't stand up until I felt relieved.
"Maria, this violin is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Since you broke it, you remember to compensate me."
After speaking, I left.
Going out the door, I ran into a staff member who came looking for me and reminded me that it was my turn soon.
Under Maria's surprised gaze, I took away the violin she had placed in the corner.
