A mother-in-law With No Sense of BoundariesChapter 1

My husband's mother, Margaret Walker, never knocked on the door before she entered our bedroom.

She locked my brother, Brandon Nelson, and me in the room and complained to my husband, Matthew Turner, "Your wife brought a strange man home, and they went into the bedroom together!"

I walked to the window and shouted to the whole neighborhood, "Hey everyone, my husband's mother married me to another man!"

Meanwhile, Margaret was having a bath.

I took Brandon to visit our new house.

There were three sets of toiletries lined up on the sink, and the mouthwash cups and toothbrushes were all the same style in different colors.

He picked up the newest one and winked at me. "Am I going to be an uncle?"

Taking back the mouthwash cup with a stern face, I stuffed it and the matching toothbrush into the top shelf. "Don't talk nonsense. It belongs to Margaret."

He frowned, "This is your house, and she doesn't live here. Why do you prepare these daily uses here?"

To declare her "ownership" of her son, Margaret always interfered in our lives.
