"Mona! Hurry back, a group of people is going to dig up your Grandma's grave with an excavator!"
"What?"
"These money-minded businessmen insist on developing this area into a tourist zone."
Grandma!
I was immediately anxious and asked Matt to turn to the countryside.
Although Matt didn't know what I was going to do, he readily agreed when he heard my request.
When we arrived, Addie was sitting under a tree, with an outdoor umbrella above her head, looking relaxed and comfortable, as if on vacation.
"Dig up that whole area and cut down all the trees."
Addie ordered the construction team, and they drove the excavator, about to destroy Grandma's grave.
No!
I rushed over.
Matt's panicked voice sounded behind me. "Don't go over, Mona. It's dangerous!"
The excavator was right next to me. The tall trees that were dug up were swaying and occasionally dropping chunks of soil.
No one dared to approach.
But Grandma's grave stood there alone.
And it was being destroyed by these people.
"Get lost! All of you, get lost!"
I couldn't care about anything else and started roaring.
Addie just looked at me coldly and didn't show any intention of stopping the construction team.
Matt walked over with a frown.
