He searched the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and even the closet, but he didn't find Sofia.
His face was flushed, and blue veins stood out on his neck. "What did you ask Sofia to do? Where is she? You said she was playing with the whip in the park with you, but why are you at home?
"How could I have such a daughter like you? If I had known you would be a liar when you grow up, I should have strangled you long ago."
Seeing him so angry and frustrated, I felt inexplicably happy.
I thought, "Be angry. The more exciting thing is yet to come."
I sat back on the sofa and took a sip of coffee. "I said Sofia was playing the whip, but I didn't say she was playing with me. Maybe she was playing with one or several guys who are younger and more handsome than you."
Damon's expression suddenly turned fierce, and he slapped me. "Don't blame Sofia for the disgusting things you did."
Sofia's affair had always been a secret. If she and her lover hadn't killed me in my previous life, I wouldn't have known that she was so libertine.
As for where she had the date, I had no idea.
I said, "She's your wife, not my pet. How would I know where she is?"
Hearing my provoking words, Damon lost his patience.
