When I woke up, my mom excitedly held my hand and said, "Deanna, don't stay in the dormitory anymore. We will be day students from now on!"

I looked at my mom in confusion, but Carol walked over and knelt down directly.

"Deanna, it's my fault for not realizing that they were secretly plotting against you and hurting you."

She was so pure and kind. I struggled to get up, but my mom pressed me back onto the bed.

"You're weak, just lie down and speak."

With the help of my mom, I sat up and looked at Carol, saying, "Does what they did have anything to do with you?"

Carol was stunned at first, then hurriedly defended herself.

"No, if I had known, I would have stopped them even at the cost of my life."

"Then why did you kneel down to apologize?"

Upon hearing this, my mom finally pulled her up.

"Deanna, they said they put the medicine for constipation in the wrong cup and that's why you missed the exam."

"So, they admit to poisoning you," I said calmly.

But Carol panicked when she heard it. Once this matter escalated to poisoning, it would no longer be a small issue.

"Deanna, it's true that they played a prank on you by locking you in the bathroom, but isn't accusing them of poisoning too serious?"
