It was a bracelet cut into several pieces. It was the peace rope that Giselle had begged for in the snow. Samuel had promised himself that he would never take it off, but now it was under Rachel's feet, covered in mud.
"When he was making it, he thought it was in the way, so he threw it away."
When Giselle woke up the next day, Samuel had already washed up and was tinkering in the kitchen.
Spread butter on the bread and fry it on both sides until it is golden brown, fry two sunny-side up eggs, fry four slices of bacon in the extra space in the pan and finally put lettuce and tomato slices in. After assembling them one by one, add a cup of hot milk to make today's loving breakfast.
When Giselle was brushing her teeth, Samuel was like a naughty child, fiddling with her hair.
"Baby, why are you so beautiful."
As he watched, Samuel couldn't help but kiss her. Giselle didn't look at him, washing her face by herself and deliberately splashed water on him, trying to keep Samuel away from her without making a sound.
