He looked at me with squinted eyes. "Sonia, I told you not to play these tricks. If you don't like Lilian living in, we will move out the day after tomorrow."

Then he didn't give me a chance to explain. He picked up Lilian by the waist and went back to change clothes. Lilian hooked her neck and smiled proudly at me.

When Lilian came out wearing the dress I cherished the most, my face turned pale.

Shawn said confidently, "Anyway, you haven't worn this dress since I gave it to you, so why not let Lilian wear it first."

I smiled bitterly. I didn't wear that dress because I couldn't bear to part with it.

In all these years of knowing each other, Shawn only gave me this as a birthday present. And after knowing that I had a crush on him, he never gave me anything again, so I kept this dress like a treasure.

But now, I nodded lightly, "Okay, I can't wear it anymore and I was planning to get rid of it or give it away."

In the next few days, Lilian pestered Shawn every day to show his affection, as if he was doing it deliberately for me to see.
